About the Role:
As a CSR, you will engage with customers, providing information about our Quran project and encouraging them to utilize our services. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about education and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our Quran project.
• Provide detailed information about our services and answer customer inquiries.
• Assist in managing customer accounts and follow up on leads.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Strong communication skills in English .
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work in a day shift schedule.
