Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our US-based Internet Service Provider (ISP) campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, promoting internet and related services, identifying customer needs, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Promote and sell ISP products and services, including internet, TV, phone, and value-added solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service plans.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding packages, pricing, promotions, and service availability.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Follow campaign guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay updated on products, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications

  • Intermediate, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, telesales, or ISP campaign is an advantage.
  • Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong command of spoken English with a neutral or clear accent.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in US Telecom, ISP, Broadband, Cable, Spectrum, Xfinity, AT&T, Verizon, Cox, Frontier, Optimum, or similar sales campaigns will be preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes will be considered a plus.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
