Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Lead Generation: Initiate cold and warm calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services and identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, providing information, answering questions, handling objections, and resolving issues.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and other relevant information in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Target Achievement: Work to meet individual and team sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and current promotions.
