Customer Sales Representative (CSRs)

Luqon IT Solutions is seeking confident, motivated, and results-driven communicators to join our team for B2B and B2C sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective business and residential customers
  • Effectively present and promote company products and services
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Maintain accurate call records and regularly update CRM systems
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve overall campaign objectives

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in call center operations or outbound sales (international campaign experience preferred)
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional accent
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems

Job Location: Ground Floor, Plaza no. 74, Main Civic Centre, Bahria Town, Phase 4, Rawalpindi.

Job timings: 7:00 pm to 4:00 am
