Job Title: Sales Agent
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Salary: Earn up to 200k (based on performance)
Working Hours: 7 PM to 4 AM (Pakistan Time), 5 Days a Week (Weekends Off)

Job Overview:
Are you a driven and persuasive individual with a knack for sales? We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Agents to join our team at our Lahore office. In this role, you will reach out to drivers in the USA and convince them to partner with our company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-earning environment, where you can make up to 200k based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold calling and engaging drivers in the USA over the phone to introduce and sell our services.
• Persuade potential clients to partner with our company by highlighting the benefits and value we offer.
• Build rapport and trust with drivers to establish long-term working relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to maximize earnings.
• Maintain records of all communications and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Provide timely follow-ups and updates to potential clients.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English – both spoken and written. (Clear communication skills are essential for phone interactions with clients in the USA.)
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably with outbound calling experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships over the phone.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work in an office-based setting and collaborate with a team.
