Customer Sales Representative (Female)

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our Café & Bakery team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

In this role, you will greet customers, assist them with menu selections, take orders, and ensure that every guest has a pleasant and welcoming experience at our café. You will also support daily operations while promoting our café and bakery products.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner
• Assist customers with menu selections and recommend products
• Take and process orders accurately
• Handle payments and maintain proper cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth café operations
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries politely

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum Intermediate qualification required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous experience in cafés, restaurants, retail, or customer service is an advantage and is required
