Customer Sales Representative (Female)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Booking: Promoting and selling travel packages, flights, hotels, and insurance while meeting sales targets.
- Customer Service: Responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing personalized recommendations, and solving travel issues.
- Itinerary Planning: Crafting tailored travel experiences based on client needs and preferences.
- Administration & Documentation: Booking through GDS or supplier systems, processing payments, and updating CRM records.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
- Follow-up: Reaching out to clients post-travel for feedback and to encourage repeat business. Indeed +6

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
