Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or live chat.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the internal team to deliver excellent customer service.

• Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior call center experience is preferred but fresh candidates with good English are also encouraged to apply.
• Must be punctual, confident, and a team player.
• Must be willing to work in night shift (USA timings).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
