Customer Sales Representative (Fluent in English)

Location: PWD, Rawalpind

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekends: Off

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative with strong English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, handling inquiries, and driving sales through excellent service and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat in fluent English
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
• Ability to work during UK business hours (9 AM – 6 PM)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
