Customer Sales Representative (INBOUND)

About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a confident and well-spoken Inbound Sales Representative with a British accent to join our team. Your main role will be to attend incoming calls ,Deal with customer complaints, Raise new orders as per customer needs, who require large-format printing services, with a focus on upselling and securing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with clients over the phone in a professional and persuasive manner.
Upselling and generating new sales opportunities.
Handling customer complaints efficiently to ensure long-term business.
Writing professional emails and maintaining strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer services.
Fluent in English with a British accent (essential).
Excellent email writing and communication skills.
Ability to retain clients and resolve queries professionally.
Available to work Monday – Friday, UK shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK time).
Pakistan working hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

What We Offer:

Salary: Rs 70,000 – Rs 100,000 per month + Commission
UK National Holidays + 10 Additional Annual Leaves
