Compensation: PKR 50,000–100,000 (Base Salary) + Commission + Performance Bonuses

To support our ongoing growth, we are seeking a professional and driven Customer Sales Representative – Night Shift to join our sales team.

Role Overview

The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging U.S.-based customers, identifying their requirements, and recommending tailored packaging solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while upholding professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with existing and prospective U.S. clients.
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable packaging solutions aligned with their business objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing structures, and ongoing promotions.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Ensure professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
  • Record all customer interactions, sales activities, and insights accurately in CRM systems.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and provide effective issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and support overall sales goals.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 0–5 years in sales, customer service, or business development (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with U.S. clients.
  • Sales Mindset: Target-oriented, persuasive, and motivated to excel in a performance-driven environment.
  • Analytical Ability: Capable of identifying customer needs and proposing relevant solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales platforms is an advantage.
  • Availability: Must be able to work the night shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT).
