Customer Sales Representative - (US Accent)

We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative for one of our clients based in Lahore. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and strong client-facing abilities. The role requires a confident and professional individual who can effectively engage with customers, handle inquiries, and drive sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Understand client requirements for custom box packaging (size, material, printing, finishing).
• Prepare quotations and pricing proposals based on specifications.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with the design and production team for order processing.
• Maintain customer database and sales records in CRM.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience of 1-2 years in sales, preferably in the packaging, printing, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with Fluent English.
• Ability to understand packaging specifications and pricing structure.
• Basic knowledge of packaging materials (corrugated boxes, rigid boxes, folding cartons, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
