Compensation: PKR 50,000 – 90,000/month (Base Salary) + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Mugshei Pvt Ltd is currently hiring Customer Sales Representatives to join our high-performing night shift sales team. We are looking for enthusiastic, results-driven professionals who excel in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Engage professionally with customers through inbound and outbound calls
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Stay informed about the company’s latest offerings, promotions, and sales initiatives
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
• Address customer inquiries and objections with confidence and professionalism
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective sales goals

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 0–5 years in sales or customer service (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Personality: Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Skills: Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
• Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (Monday to Friday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
