Customer Sales Representative (Yelp Leads – IT Services)

Location: PIA Road Lahore
Job Timing: 8pm to 5am (Night Shift)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Sales Representative who has hands-on experience using Yelp leads to generate and close sales for IT-related services (web, design, or digital solutions).
The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into long-term customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to Yelp leads promptly.
• Convert leads into IT service projects.
• Maintain excellent communication and follow-up with clients.
• Record and report daily activity and conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Yelp or similar lead platforms.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of IT services, web design, or digital marketing preferred.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
