Customer Sales Representative(Experienced BPO) cold calling

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to generate and manage client leads for our U.S.-based truck dispatching and freight brokerage operations. The role focuses on bringing new carriers, owner-operators, and logistics clients on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential clients (carriers, owner-operators, and shippers).
• Pitch dispatching and brokerage services effectively to close new deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular performance updates.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
• Keep updated on U.S. logistics trends and competitor offerings.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US trucking sector.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and techniques.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Meet and exceed performance expectations while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills (English fluency required).
• Prior experience in U.S. dispatching or logistics sales preferred.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound calling.
• Basic understanding of freight, trucking, and brokerage processes.
• English Communication: (Necessary)
• 6-12 Months Sales Experience ~ Preferred(BPO & Call center)
• Candidate should be hardworking and punctual
• Must have proficient English communication skills
• Qualification: O-Levels, A-Levels, Bachelors
