Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to generate and manage client leads for our U.S.-based truck dispatching and freight brokerage operations. The role focuses on bringing new carriers, owner-operators, and logistics clients on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential clients (carriers, owner-operators, and shippers).
- Pitch dispatching and brokerage services effectively to close new deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular performance updates.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Keep updated on U.S. logistics trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (English fluency required).
- Prior experience in U.S. dispatching or logistics sales preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound calling.
- Basic understanding of freight, trucking, and brokerage processes.
- English Communication: (Necessary)
- 6-12 Months Sales Experience ( USA Truck Dispatching Campaign) ~ Preferred
- Candidate should be hardworking and punctual
- Must have proficient English communication skills
- Qualification: O-Levels, A-Levels, Bachelors
