Customer Sales Representitive

Ashraf Naturals is Hiring – Customer Sales Executive (CSR)

We are looking for a confident, communication-focused individual who can professionally handle customers and ensure smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm online orders via call & WhatsApp
• Handle order booking and accurate data entry
• Respond to customer queries in a clear and professional manner
• Coordinate with courier services for dispatch & delivery
• Follow up on pending and delivered orders
• Maintain smooth and respectful communication with customers

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (Urdu + basic English)
• Confident personality with good speaking & listening skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues
• Basic computer skills (Excel / WhatsApp / CRM)
• Responsible, punctual, and well-organized
• Prior experience in eCommerce or call center is a plus
