Customer Sales Reps

Mars BPO is looking for energetic and motivated Customer Sales Representatives to join our Medicare campaign. providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets in a professional environment You will provide excellent customer service while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for Medicare sales.
• Explain Medicare plans, benefits, and coverage options to clients.
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable plan.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in call center, sales, or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced night-shift environment.

Make outbound calls to U.S.-based clients for Medicare plan sales

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 PKR (based on experience & performance).
