Position: Customer Sales Specialist
Location: On-site | Night Shift (Monday–Friday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 90,000/month + Commissions & Bonuses

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage customers through inbound and outbound calls in a professional, energetic manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and services
• Keep up-to-date with current products, promotions, and sales campaigns
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Deliver excellent service to foster long-term customer relationships
• Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM system
• Address questions and objections with clarity and confidence
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet shared goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 0–5 years in sales or customer service (fresh grads encouraged to apply!)
• Communication: Excellent English — both spoken and written
• Personality: Confident, persuasive, goal-driven
• Skills: Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Tech Savvy: CRM knowledge is a bonus
• Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (Monday to Friday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
