What We Are Looking For:

Good communication skills (spoken and written)
Confidence to talk to customers
Willingness to learn and grow

Basic computer knowledge

What You Will Do:

Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoicing, correspondence and arrange/supervise the delivery / dispatch of material.

Ensure accurate and timely billing, delivery and dispatch services.

Filing the billing and payment documentations.

Ensure timely resolve the after-sales support issues.

Learn about IT hardware products (computers, laptops, accessories, etc.)

Suggest the right products based on their requirements

Prepare simple quotations/proposal and share with customers

Explain your proposal confidently and follow up

Call customers for pending payments in a professional way

Help customers resolve product issues with help of support team

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
