We’re Hiring: Customer Sales representative (US Campaign)

We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer support representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to US-based businesses, introducing our SEO and digital services, identifying qualified prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective outreach.

Important Note: We're not looking for a Digital Marketing Expert. We're specifically looking for Cold Callers with experience in digital marketing campaigns.

Office location: PIA Road, Office#10 Lahore

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month + incentives

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound cold calls to US-based businesses to introduce our SEO services

* Pitch digital marketing and SEO solutions in a clear and professional manner

* Identify interested prospects and qualify potential leads

* Build and maintain a pipeline of leads for the closing team

* Follow up with prospects through calls and messages to keep them engaged

* Accurately update call notes, lead details, and follow-up status in CRM or records

* Work towards daily and weekly outreach targets and KPIs

* Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Requirements

* Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in SEO cold calling, outreach, or customer communication

* Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills

* Ability to speak confidently with international clients and business owners

* Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing is a plus

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a professional sales environment

* Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage lead records or CRM updates

* Must be available to work in the night shift
