Mugshei Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Client Relations Executives to support our growing U.S. client portfolio. In this role, you'll manage incoming customer inquiries, understand client requirements, and help businesses choose customized packaging solutions while delivering exceptional service.

Core Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries from international customers.
• Provide accurate information about packaging products and services.
• Understand customer needs and offer customized recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent communication.
• Record customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales and service objectives.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Up to 5 years of experience in sales, customer support, or business development.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using computers and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work night shifts.
