Job Overview

Futurion Marketing is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and fluent English speakers to join our growing Customer Support and TeleSales team. If you have previous call center experience and excellent communication skills with a neutral, American, or British accent, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Follow company scripts and explain products, services, and terms & conditions accurately.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous call center experience is mandatory.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Neutral, American, or British accent preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently follow and deliver sales or support scripts.
• Comfortable working rotational and night shifts (if required).
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
