Customer Sales Representative (Inbound Campaign)

Mugshei Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our growing Inbound U.S. Campaign. Salary & Benefits

• PKR 55,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide suitable packaging solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Sales, or Inbound Support is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM knowledge is a plus).
• Willingness to work the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT).
