Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally. Candidates with sales experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet daily performance and quality targets.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Call Center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively during US shift timings.
