Customer Sales Representative (Female) – Night Shift

We are seeking a confident and persuasive Female Customer Sales Representative to handle inbound/outbound sales calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients. The ideal candidate must possess strong English communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
• Convert leads into sales by using effective closing techniques
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Follow up with prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and performance

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per company policy)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) – mandatory
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus
• Ability to work night shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
