We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Sales Support Representative to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Customer Sales Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to clients seeking our writing services. The ideal candidate will be proactive communicator with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through our offerings. This role involves handling inquiries, providing product information, guiding clients through the sales process, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed information about our writing services and offerings.

· Sales Support: Assist clients in selecting the right services based on their needs, explaining our service packages, pricing, and delivery timelines.

· Order Processing: Guide clients through the order placement process, ensuring all details are captured accurately and orders are processed efficiently.

· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering follow-up support and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

· Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, providing timely resolutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, writing, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and sales support.

· Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, updating CRM systems as needed.

· Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to the team to help improve our services and customer experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably in a writing services or related industry.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.

· Familiarity with CRM software and order processing systems is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong British English Accent.
