Position Overview

The Customer Sales Support Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting sales activities. This role involves handling client inquiries, recommending suitable services, guiding customers through the ordering process, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate service packages
• Guide clients through order placement and ensure accurate processing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with sales, writing, and marketing teams
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collect customer feedback to improve service quality

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in customer service or sales support (writing/content services preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong British English accent
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM and order processing systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
