Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, email handling, CRM systems)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Female candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and reports
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
