Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Duration: Temp to Hire
Location: Middle River, MD
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:
Assists customers with the account opening process.
Receives incoming email requests regarding services.
Responds to escalated inquiries that require judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
Accurately explains the terms/conditions and policies/procedures relating to the account.
Processes account payments.
Consistently meets or exceeds performance goals to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to the customer.
Performs account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests.
Qualifications:
Customer Service: minimum 1 year experience
Data entry: minimum 1 year experience preferred.
Microsoft Office: 1 year experience (must be comfortable navigating computer systems).
Must be detail oriented and proficient with computers.
Must be able to type minimum 30 wpm
