We’re looking for a person to deliver excellent customer service to our retail customers. You will interact with consumers by phone, email, and online platforms like HubSpot, Shopify, Amazon/Ecommerce Channels. You’ll need to learn a lot about Redmond products and our unique way of being in business so you can become a helpful guide for customers throughout their journey with our brand. We need someone who will advocate for the customer, pushing us to improve systems and nurture loyal customers. Daily responsibilities will include talking to customers (you need to look forward to the phone ringing!), creating and responding to support tickets (proficiency in writing is essential), and using what you learn from our customers to create better solutions with your team (curiosity is key!) The role is full-time, with health insurance, paid time off, and an assortment of unique benefits. The shift schedule is 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional holiday and weekend coverage. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence Tuesday-Thursday in our Heber City office, with the option of remote work on Mondays and Fridays. We’re looking for a customer service professional to deliver exceptional support for our retail customers. In this role, you’ll interact with customers through phone, email, live-chat, and will be utilizing platforms like HubSpot, Shopify, and various ecommerce channels. You’ll become a product expert on Redmond offerings and support our customers in their journey with our products. You will also advocate for customer needs and play an active role in continually improving the customer experience.
