BH Solutions LLC is looking for a motivated, organized, and professional individual to help support and manage our Customer Service and Marketing Departments.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organization, technology, social media, and helping a growing company improve its systems and customer experience.

# Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls, texts, and customer inquiries

- Follow up with leads and existing clients

- Schedule appointments and update CRM systems

- Help manage social media platforms

- Assist with marketing campaigns and online presence

- Organize office communication and workflow

- Support customer satisfaction and client follow-ups

- Help maintain company organization and accountability systems

# Qualifications & Characteristics

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred

- Customer service experience preferred

- CRM experience is a plus

- Construction office experience is helpful but not required
