Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude

3. Basic computer knowledge

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

5. Previous customer service experience is an advantage

6. Must be locally available in the UAE

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with other departments when necessary
