We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in New York. As the first point of contact for our users, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional service experience that reflects our company's mission. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a natural problem-solver, and is genuinely committed to helping others.

Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, handling communications via email, phone, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our services and guide users through our platform effectively.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Gather and document customer feedback to help our product and technical teams improve the user experience.
  • Contribute to the development of our support resources, including FAQs and knowledge base articles.
  • Uphold the company’s values and brand standards in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • A high degree of empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other standard office applications.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A genuine interest in health, wellness, or behavioural science is highly desirable.
