- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Gather and document customer feedback to help our product and technical teams improve the user experience.
- Contribute to the development of our support resources, including FAQs and knowledge base articles.
- Uphold the company’s values and brand standards in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or a similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
