Customer Service/ Account Representative
Job description
Job Summary
- Handling consumer inquiries regarding personal and commercial debt matters, providing solutions and explanations as required, processing payments, all in a call center environment.
General Duties
- Inform consumers on the account status, negotiate settlement options
- Handle complaints and disputes in a timely manner using set processes and protocols.
- Provide effective customer service in all contacts with consumers and their representatives.
- Identify and prioritize issues for appropriate service areas.
- Use active listening and de-escalation skills as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all consumer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. Requires ability to type and talk at the same time.
Job Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience or business/legal education
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Critical thinking
- Active listening/Negotiation Skills
- Spanish speaking a plus

Bonuses paid monthly

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
