We are a fast-growing residential cleaning company looking for a sharp, reliable, and people-focused professional who thrives in customer service and is confident making recommendations and closing opportunities over the phone.

This is not just an admin rolel, this is a career-track position for someone who wants to grow into leadership, operations, or sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hybrid role combining Customer Service, Scheduling/Dispatch, and Inside Sales:

Customer Service + Sales

  • Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries
  • Convert leads into booked jobs (soft sales, not pushy)
  • Recommend services, upgrades, and recurring cleanings
  • Handle customer concerns, re-cleans, and retention

Scheduling & Dispatch

  • Schedule and optimize daily routes for cleaning technicians
  • Adjust schedules in real-time (call-offs, changes, add-ons)
  • Communicate clearly with both customers and field staff
  • Maintain accurate customer notes, pricing, and preferences

Admin + Operations Support

  • Use systems like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Track jobs, update records, and manage workflow
  • Support team coordination and daily office operations

What We’re Looking For (READ THIS CAREFULLY)

We are only considering candidates who meet ALL of the following:

  • 1+ year of Customer Service experience (office or phone-based)
  • Comfortable with inside sales / upselling / booking services
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, typing, multitasking systems)
  • Clear, professional phone communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Reliable, punctual, and solution-oriented

Bonus if you have experience in:

  • Scheduling/dispatching
  • Cleaning industry, home services, or call center
  • CRM or booking software

Pay, Benefits & Growth

  • Starting Pay: $19/hr
  • 90-Day Review: Performance-based raise opportunity
  • Bonuses + Commission for bookings and performance
