Customer Service & Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a professional and organized Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. The role includes answering customer calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, handling emails, and assisting with general office administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with team members.
  • Handle emails, messages, and basic customer follow-ups.
  • Maintain records, files, and customer information.
  • Prepare basic documents and reports.
  • Support daily administrative and office tasks.
  • Provide polite and professional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Organized and reliable.
  • Previous customer service, receptionist, or admin experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work professionally with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Types: Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
