Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, chat, and email.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with various internal departments.
- Investigate, research, and resolve customer issues with attention to detail.
- Handle challenging or dissatisfied customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Track, document, and follow up on all customer requests in a timely manner.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Deliver outstanding and exceptional customer service at all times.
- Must be available to work on weekends.
- Call center experience is preferred.
