China Airlines – Customer Service Agent (Full-Time)

Location: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), California

About the Role:
China Airlines is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment assisting passengers and supporting flight operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting passengers with flight check-in procedures.
  • Providing support for flight operations.
  • Assisting with translation services in the Federal Inspection Services (FIS) immigration area.
  • Supporting passengers and flight teams during irregular flight operations (e.g., delays, cancellations).
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Shift hours may vary according to flight schedules and operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • China Airlines does not sponsor employment visas.
