We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our fast-paced towing and roadside assistance operation. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can handle pressure, communicate professionally, make sound decisions, and be accountable for their performance every day.

This position is critical to our operation. You will be responsible for dispatching drivers, communicating with customers, coordinating service calls, and ensuring accurate documentation of all work performed.

Requirements

• Previous dispatching and/or customer service experience required
• Experience in the towing, transportation, logistics, roadside assistance, or emergency service industry strongly preferred
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn dispatch software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Must provide strong professional references that can verify work history, reliability, and performance

Duties Include

• Answering incoming calls
• Dispatching tow truck operators efficiently and accurately
• Coordinating service requests and schedules
• Updating customers on service status and ETAs
• Managing dispatch software and call logs
• Processing payments and customer information
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting drivers and management as needed
