Job description
Customer Satisfaction is the more important responsibility for this position. Answering the phone with a friendly and helpful attitude is key. Malone’s motto is “One Passion, The Customer.” Ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of customer service via phone, email, chat, etc. Understanding the customers’ needs and preferences. Provide solutions, solve problems, and identify opportunities inside our customer relationship. This position will also handle some accounting functions including payables and receivables.
Responsibilities
Assist accounting with duties including payables and receivables.
Assist customers in all aspects of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Effectively meet customer needs and build productive customer relationships
Work with customer to deescalate and problem solve when errors occur.
Answer phone calls with a smile and properly handle all calls
Process orders and review online orders, issue returns, and shortages
Quote and price product as needed and check stock availability
Assist customers with access to online ordering
Communicate and look up product numbers and sourcing for customers
Keep back orders checked and communicate with customers and sales reps.
Communicate and coordinate with drivers as needed
Pull inventory stock, package and sort orders with other items delivered separately.
Maintain inventory working to ensure it is correct and current.

Qualifications
Required - High School Diploma
3+ years’ experience in accounting
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
