Position: Customer Service and Dispatch Representative

Pay: Clear Path to $52K Annually with Yearly RaisesLocation: Meriden, CT and surrounding areas

Full-Time

8-hour shift Monday to Friday 7:30 - 4

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with social media marketing preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Excel, word, and back office software
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Summary:
We seek a dedicated and organized Customer Service and Dispatch Representative to join our team.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing dispatch operations to deliver timely service. You will communicate directly with the service technicians and customers and work closely with the owner to achieve this. Other tasks include managing our social media posts and light collection work. We are seeking someone who is task-oriented, efficient, and flexible.
