Position Summary
The Customer Service & Inside Sales Manager is responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting and accelerating the sales process from lead generation through order fulfillment.
This role serves as a central link between customers, sales, operations, and finance—ensuring accurate order execution, strong customer relationships, and consistent follow-through across all stages of the sales cycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Order Management
- Oversee day-to-day customer service operations, including order entry, order management, and issue resolution
- Ensure timely, accurate processing of orders and customer requests
- Respond to customer inquiries (email and phone) within established service standards
- Resolve customer concerns professionally to maintain long-term relationships
Sales Support & Lead Management
- Support lead generation efforts including inbound leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Qualify and track leads through CRM systems to support conversion and pipeline visibility
- Prepare quotes, product recommendations, and supporting materials for customers and sales reps
- Assist in coordinating new customer onboarding and implementation
CRM, Reporting & Process Management
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data within CRM systems
- Track and report on sales and service metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Support pricing, quote tracking, and contract compliance
- Identify and implement improvements in workflows, customer experience, and internal processes
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and customer-facing materials
- Support marketing initiatives including product data, catalogs, and website content
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7+ years in customer service, inside sales, or sales support roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details
- Full-time, on-site
- Monday–Friday schedule (occasional weekends as needed)
- Some travel required (trade shows, customer visits)
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
