We're seeking a highly organized and action-oriented team member to support the execution of administrative activities related to providing QualiTech customers with superior service and support our upcoming rebrand marketing initiatives. Right candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly manage multiple priorities. This role will ensure consistent messaging across various channels.
This is a 6-month contract position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Enter Orders into ERP system, monitor for timely processing and shipment
- Submits invoices to Customers via E-mail, mail or Customer systems. Process credits and debit memos when required. Review open Aging Report weekly with Finance and assist when needed in obtaining payment
- Responds to customer requests for documentation or any other type of information needed
- Manages Internal Price Quotes and prepares proposals for Customers. Maintains Price List
- Support and coordinate customer freight delivery work processes within our current freight system
- Communicate customer concerns or needs to sales staff and executives
- Compiles data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing and reports to management
- Work with company approved tools and systems (Budget Variance, Adage, etc.) as trained by internal instruction (IT).
Marketing:
- Assist in creating and executing marketing plans and tactics.
- Understand the business functions of the employees and assist the team in improving efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with the human resource department and assist in the development of corporate marketing and employee communications plans.
- Establish and maintain effective public relations through customer education and the promotion of new products.
- Assist in social media management, public relations outreach support and general marketing support.
Education and Experience
- Associates degree and/or 2+ years applicable experience preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service in food related fields preferred
- Experience in manufacturing desirable

- Sales/marketing, presentation skills
