Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing support to various departments, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone systems and in-person interactions.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff members.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
- Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, collaboration, and communication with team members.
- Support receptionist duties as needed, including patient check-in/check-out processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space to promote a productive work environment.
- In charge of private labeling tiles and creating sku's in our system.
- Maintaining showroom to make sure everything looks nice and neat.
- Helping walk in clients when needed.
- Send Purchase orders to vendors and label pallets in warehouse when material arrives.
- Answering company phone calls.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer support best practices.
- Experience with phone systems and handling inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed within the office environment.
