Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Service & Purchasing Specialist. This hybrid role blends excellent communication skills with strong organizational abilities to handle both customer interactions and purchasing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
· Manage communication with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing schedules.
· Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
· Collaborate with internal teams to support operational and customer needs.
· Maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in customer service and/or purchasing roles in a manufacturing environment.
· Strong interpersonal skills with a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
· Excellent negotiation and organizational abilities.
· Proficiency in Sage ERP or similar and Microsoft Office.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
