Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Purchasing Administrator to join our team. This role involves both office and on-the-floor responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to address inquiries and provide support
  • Create estimates and sales orders using QuickBooks
  • Generate purchase orders (POs) in QuickBooks
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available
  • Assist in conducting inventory counts
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support operations and sales

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

  • Combination of office setting and manufacturing floor visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
