The Role
About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. You will represent our Babysitting, Nanny, and Housekeeping services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales, scheduling, and client inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently through phone and chatbot channels. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and chatbot, delivering outstanding customer support • Handle client inquiries related to Babysitting, Nanny, and Housekeeping services with professionalism and accuracy • Promote and sell services using effective tele-sales techniques • Manage online calendars, bookings, and client scheduling efficiently • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team service quality and sales targets • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent (required) • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Tele Sales, BPO, or Call Centre environments • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset • Familiarity with telecommunication systems, CRM tools, and online scheduling software • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently • Strong organizational and time-management skills Preferred Attributes • Experience in service-based industries (e.g., home services, childcare, or hospitality) • Proven ability to handle high call/chat volumes while maintaining service quality • Sales-driven attitude with a passion for helping customers
