This role provides front-line customer service support for both phone and walk-in clients, assisting with vehicle title and registration transactions. The position also includes providing notary services and guiding customers through important documentation with accuracy, clarity, and care.

In addition to working directly with the public, this role involves a significant amount of administrative work. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic office and computer skills are essential for managing paperwork, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism

*Review and process vehicle title documents with accuracy

*Communicate with dealerships, financial institutions, and customers to gather documentation

*Resolve discrepancies with a solutions-focused mindset

*Stay current with Pennsylvania motor vehicle policies and procedures

*Provide notary services (training provided if not yet licensed)

*Create a welcoming, respectful experience for every customer

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

*A calm, friendly demeanor and a genuine love for helping people

*Experience working directly with the public in a face-to -face customer service role

*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

*Skilled using Microsoft Office and ability to type at least 65 WPM

*High school diploma required; some college preferred

*Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

*Notary Public license preferred; or must obtain within 3 months of hire (self-pay). Visit https://www.notary.org/Services/Become-a-Notary/ for details. Training provided online and in-office.

WORK SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS:

This is a consistent, set schedule:

*Four weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

*Every other Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

*$17/hour for candidates with no prior notary or titling experience

*Higher rates available based on relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
