Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries, processing orders, and maintaining long-term relationships, Provide post sale demo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer issues and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process sales orders, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics and production teams.
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers via phone/ VC.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve customer experience.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 6 months -3 years of experience in customer support
  • Excellent communication skills in English, [regional language, if applicable].
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
